NTGPE takes copyright seriously, if you share a resource on myGPcommunity it is your responsibility to ensure it is not subject to copyright. If you are unsure, the best bet is to share a link to the resource in the community. Community members can then access the resource at the source, and purchase any necessary licenses.

Community members must be aware when posting on myGPcommunity that they may be misunderstood. Important cues such as tone and body language are missing when participating in a discussion online, to ensure that discussions are as effective as possible, community members must take care to be as clear as possible.
Equally when reading a post, community members should make an effort to understand the intention of a post. A post, which at first reading may appear offensive, may be a simple misunderstanding. If a post could be interpreted in a different way, community members should ask themselves if in the context of the broader discussion the poster intended to be offensive.
Where a post has inadvertently caused offence, community members are encouraged to resolve disputes amongst themselves. This can occur through follow up discussion posts in myGPcommunity or using the private messaging function.
If a post is clearly inflammatory, offensive or threatening, community members can use the Report function above the post. Clicking Report will display a text box that can be used to describe the reason for the report, once details have been provided, click Notify Administrator.
The report will be sent to the NTGPE administrator who will determine the appropriate course of action.
NTGPE will seek to adopt a conciliatory approach to dispute resolution. We are a community and while we recognise that disputes can occur on occasion, we aim to resolve them amicably through open discussion with all community members involved.
